CONSTRUCTION & DEMOLITION WASTE:

Construction and demolition waste can be processed into regenerated sand and gravel aggregates for use in roadbed stones, unburned bricks, and cement. The process involves removing impurities, crushing, screening, and sizing the waste material.

Construction waste is suitable for building blocks, asphalt, concrete blocks, bricks, stone pipe blocks, building materials, non-metallic solid waste, coal stones, and for recycling. It can also be used as non-metallic solid waste.

Based on the composition of construction and decoration waste and sound waste management principles, the following sorting categories are recommended:

• Municipal solid waste treatment equipment :
Effective separation of raw and mature waste is essential for successful recycling of recycled aggregates and powders. This requires meticulous and thorough processing to ensure accurate classification.

• Effective separation of Construction Waste:
To ensure the widespread use of recycled materials in cement-based building materials, it is imperative that construction waste be effectively separated from debris and treated harmlessly.

DEMOLITION WASTE SORTING PROCESS:

Construction debris is initially collected in storage bins on the site. A forklift then feeds the material onto a chain plate machine, which conveys it to a large-scale waste removal device. This device separates oversized waste (larger than 500mm).

The remaining waste is transported via a belt conveyor to a roller screen. Initially set to a 50mm aperture, the screen divides the waste into two categories: material under 50mm (primarily sand and gravel) and material over 50mm (wood, light objects, bottles, stones, bricks, etc.).

The undersized material (less than 50mm) undergoes further processing. After a magnetic separator removes iron, light impurities are separated and stored in a temporary area for centralized transportation or screening into fine aggregates.

The oversized material (larger than 50mm) is conveyed to an air separation system. This system divides the waste into light substances (plastics, light combustibles, wood, textiles) and heavy substances (bricks, stones, and other construction aggregates). Light materials are manually sorted for classification and recycling, while heavy materials (pure construction waste) are manually sorted to remove any extraneous debris. The remaining construction waste is then crushed and screened to produce building aggregates.

MIXED COMBUSTIBLES:

Our mixed combustible machines Separate combustible materials from construction and renovation waste and transport them to incineration power plants for energy recovery.

METALS:

F
erromagnetic Metals: Separate ferromagnetic metals for recycling and resource recovery.

SLAGS:

Depending on their purity, slags can be transported to landfills or used in brick-making processes

RECYCLED BUILDING MATERIALS:

These materials are repurposed from existing structures or products, reducing waste and conserving resources.

They often include:

Demolition Debris: Concrete, wood, metal, and other materials salvaged from buildings.

Recycled Steel: Structural steel beams, rebar, and other components.

Recycled Wood: Lumber, flooring, and other wood products.

Recycled Glass:
Glass insulation, countertops, and decorative elements.

Recycled Plastics:
PVC pipes, decking, and other plastic components. Using recycled materials can contribute to sustainable construction practices and reduce the environmental impact of building projects.
