We provide Specialized Modules Set designed for the e-waste sorting and recycling process:

Our e-waste module set typically includes various machinery and equipment designed to efficiently and safely recycle electronic waste. Here's a breakdown of what such a set might comprise:

Shredders: These machines break down large electronic items into smaller, manageable pieces.

Magnetic Separators: Used to separate ferrous metals from non-ferrous metals and other materials.

Eddy Current Separators: These machines help to separate non-ferrous metals from plastics and other non-metallic materials.

Optical Sorting Systems: These systems use cameras and sensors to identify and sort different materials based on color and composition.

Granulators: These machines further reduce the size of materials into granules, making them easier to handle and process.

Dust Collection Systems: Essential for capturing fine particulate matter released during the recycling process.

Dismantling Stations: Specialized workstations equipped with tools for manually dismantling electronic devices.

Conveyor Systems: Used to transport materials between different stages of the recycling process.

Plastic Separators: Machines designed to sort and separate various types of plastics.

Crushers: These machines crush materials into smaller pieces, facilitating easier processing. Each component plays a crucial role in ensuring that e-waste is processed efficiently, with materials being sorted and recycled in an environmentally responsible manner.

HERE'S WHAT OUR E-WASTE MODULE SETS ARE COMPRISED OF:

MODULE SET 1
DUST REMOVAL:
Our centralized dust collection system effectively captures and filters dust from all modules, maintaining a clean workspace and ensuring high-quality output.

MODULE SET 2
SORTING AREA:
Quality assurance starts with precise weight recording. Large machines are separated for processing, while electronic waste is handled immediately. All materials are weighed and documented, with weighbridges integrated into our system. We provide customer evaluations, ensuring that materials are sorted, weighed, and verified accurately.

MODULE SET 3
TONER CARTRIDGES:
Material is fed into a crusher. Shredding opens cartridges. Inert powder prevents explosions. A secondary safety system is in place. After shredding, powder is separated. Remaining material undergoes mechanical separation.

MODULE SET 4
PRELIMINARY BREAKDOWN:

Shredding reduces material to small pieces and separates fractions. Batteries and capacitors are removed. The shredder breaks down devices, loosening components. Batteries and capacitors detach. Small parts are safe to exit. Large sheet metal parts are further processed building aggregates.

MODULE SET 5
MECHNICAL SEPARATION:

Magnetic separators and manual sorting are employed to differentiate harmful substances from recyclables. Materials are categorized into fractions greater than 100 and less than 100. Magnets, along with manual sorting effectively extract harmful substances and separate metals. Residual materials undergo additional processing, while harmful substances are manually sorted from concentrated fractions. Recyclables are also identified and extracted during manual sorting.

MODULE SET 6

FINE SEPARATION:

An impact crusher reduces materials into pellets, which are then separated into metals and non-metals using separation tables. The rotating hammers of the crusher accelerate the material, which is then slowed down by grinding plates. This process deforms metals and breaks plastics into smaller pieces. After multiple cycles, the material is fully processed. Sieving further prepares the material for separation on density tables.

MODULE SET 7
PLASTIC SEPARATION:
Flame-retardant materials are processed using a flotation system that directs specific plastics to a separation unit. This unit efficiently separates ABS, PS, PP, PE, and PC, resulting in high-quality materials ready for resale in the market.

MODULE SET 8
REFRIGERATOR AND AIRCONDITIONING:

The cooling system is punctured, and oils and gases (R12, R22, R502, R134a, R600a) are extracted and stored in bottles, Then, the remaining material is shredded, and a separation system sorts ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and plastics. Throughout the process, the entire system effectively captures gases.

MODULE SET 9
PRINTED CIRCUITS:

Shredding and crushing dismantle printed circuits, while magnetic and eddy current separators distinguish between ferrous and non-ferrous metals. A mill further breaks down the material, and screening machines prepare it for air separation, which effectively separates plastics from non-ferrous metals. Finally, an electrostatic system isolates precious metals from dust.

MODULE SET 10
CABLES:

Pre-shredding cuts cables into smaller pieces. Granulation and milling further disintegrate them. Separation processes extract copper from plastics, dust, and ferrous metals.
